All you need is your Refuel Rice Cream Rice Cereal and water!

We've added coconut milk powder for a delicious creamy taste - using milk is optional but not necessary.

Step 1. Add 1 scoop (75g) of Refuel Rice into a microwave-safe bowl.

Step 2. Add approximately 250ml - 600ml of water and stir thoroughly.

Step 3. Put the bowl into the microwave for 90 seconds and stir through any clumps.

Step 4. Cook for an additional 60 seconds then stir again.

Step 5. Cook for another 30 seconds and repeat the process until the mixture is at a consistency you like - free from any clumps.

Step 6. Let the bowl of Refuel Rice sit for 1 minute allowing the rice granules to cook through.

Note: Caution the mixture and bowl will be hot. Microwave vary, cooking times are approximate. Overheating can cause hot cereal to boil over.

Pick Up

We offer free pick up from our HQ in Seven Hills, NSW. Most orders are ready for pick up on the same day or within 24 hours. Pick up is only available during trading hours and you will receive an email once your order is ready for collection.
